简介

曾家玮博士的研究范畴为学校领导及学校改进，尤其关注中层领导——即科主任及年级主任，他们承担学校推行大部分变革的工作。

他带领学系有关校长培训及学校自我评估的工作，并为全港中小学现职领导团队主持专业发展课程。
