簡介

曾家瑋博士的研究範疇為學校領導及學校改進，尤其關注中層領導——即科主任及年級主任，他們承擔學校推行大部分變革的工作。

他帶領學系有關校長培訓及學校自我評估的工作，並為全港中小學現職領導團隊主持專業發展課程。
