Dr Wong Yuen Han teaches educational and school counselling and supervises the Department's counselling practicum. A registered practitioner before joining the Faculty, she keeps a small caseload in partner schools so that her teaching stays close to what guidance teams actually meet.
Her research covers guidance and pastoral care in Hong Kong schools, referral pathways for pupils with speech, language and communication needs, and the supervision of beginning counsellors.
