Message from the Head

Education policy is written in one room and lived in another. Our staff move between the two — reading a consultation paper in the morning, sitting with a senior leadership team in a Kowloon secondary school in the afternoon — and our programmes are built out of that traffic.

If you lead a school, govern one, or are preparing to, this Department exists to be useful to you.
